God will wipe away all tears from their eyes

Revelation 21/3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.
4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’2 or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.

Surely, there will be many tears to be wiped away. The few people who have survived the apocalyptic  trials of God and endured the great tribulation with persecution and torture until death will then have been saved from their distress.

Revelation 2/10  Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you life as your victor’s crown.
2/11 Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who is victorious will not be hurt at all by the second death.

But there will also be many tears to wipe because the survivors have witnessed their unbelieving loved ones die in the wrath courts and now lie under the heaps of corpses that cover the earth.

Jeremiah 25/32 Thus says the Lord Almighty, "One people after another will be overcome by evil. A thundering storm is coming up from all sides of the earth.
25/33 On this day the earth will be covered with dead bodies which the Lord has slain. And there will be no one left to mourn for her, no one to pick her up and bury her. They will have to rot in the open field.

I am aware that many people can not believe that the suffering of the whole creation will be over. He who does not acknowledge the almighty Creator of all creation as an absolute and righteous ruler, and is not born again of his Spirit (Jn. 3/3), can not see that either. He is convinced that what has been going on for millennia will remain that way for all eternity.

But God also promises:

Revelation 21/5 And he, who sat on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new! And he says, Write, for these words are true and certain. 21/6 And he said to me, It has happened. I am the A and the O, the beginning and the end. I want to give to the thirsty from the source of living water in vain. 21/7 He who overcomes will inherit it, and I will be his God and he will be my son. 21 But the figs and the unbelievers and the wicked, and the murderers, and the fornicators, and the sorcerers, and the idolaters, and all the liars, whose part shall be in the lake, burning with fire and brimstone; this is the second death.

I am glad to know that the reality is much more beautiful and glorious. But we must also consider what precedes this magnificent state. Through the preceding apocalyptic catastrophes, all people will be killed who do not recognize God as ruler and do not let their lives be determined by him. Unfortunately, this is also the largest part of humanity.

Matthew 7/13 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

Of course, one can ask oneself whether these people suffer eternal torments, or whether they are finally destroyed.

a) eternal torments

Revelation14/9 And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand,
14/10 he also will drink the wine of God’s wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.
14/11 And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”

 b) finally annihilated

Revelation 20/14 Death and the whole realm of the dead were throwninto the lake. That is the second, eternal death. 15 And all whose names were not written in the book of life were thrown into the lake of fire.

Our human mind would probably prefer the second variant b). To be finally annihilated seems to us even less terrible than being tormented for all eternity and finding no rest. But who are we? Do we want to dictate to God what justice is, how he has to act,? Anyone who wants, can discuss it, I find it meaningless - I do not want to experience either of the two variants. I have chosen the grace, which is promised to me by the death of Jesus Christ. On the cross he has represented for all my sins vicariously.

I hope you are just as decided.
If not, what is stopping you? Check Your Motives: Is It Self-Righteousness: Do you think you are righteous enough to live with the Creator for ever in his heavenly kingdom?
Or do you think that you committed too many and too cruel sins to receive forgiveness?
Both are nasty lies of the "father of lies" (Satan) to keep you away from God for all eternity. Jesus is risen, and now lives in the spiritual world. His grace is sufficient for all human beings, unless they knowingly blasphemed the Holy Ghost by attributing his work to the devil against better knowledge.

Matthew. 12/31 Therefore I say to you, every sin, even blasphemy, can be forgiven. But he who blasphemes the Holy Spirit will not find forgiveness.
12/32 Anyone who talks disparagingly about the Son of Man can be forgiven. But whoever thinks that he can talk disparagingly about the Holy Spirit will never find forgiveness, neither now nor in the future world. (See also Mark 3/28, 29; Luke 12/10.)

Another motive is human fear: what would others think of me when I testify that Jesus Christ is my Savior? Jesus will have to say as the final judge to all these people:

Other people are working at full capacity to chase after the pleasure of following the motto "I want to enjoy life," let's eat and drink, because tomorrow we are dead. "So also the people lived before the deluge. Just as people were unexpectedly surprised by the deluge, so too will these people be surprised.

Luke 17/26 When the Son of Man comes, it will be as in the days of Noah.
17/27 People ate, drank and married as they always did. So it went, until Noah got into the ark. Then came the great flood, and none of them survived.
17/28 It will be the same as in Lot's time. Even then, everything went its usual course: people ate and drank, bought and sold, planted and built.
17/29 So it was until the day Lot left the city of Sodom. There was fire and brimstone from the sky, and everyone died.
17/30 It will be the same when the Son of Man appears.

Yes, "the Son of Man" (Jesus) will return to this earth again. This is not only teached by bad sects, but the whole Bible points it out innumerable times. Believe it, believe in it and look forward to it.
